This is a face-to-face course. The lecture and lab will be taught at the Elgin Campus. Portions of the lab component take place outdoors, so dress appropriately for the current weather conditions (heavy jacket, sun protection, close toe shoes).

HALT 2421 Small Farming

This course is held mostly outdoors and students must be prepared for any type of weather conditions (heat, cold, wind & rain, etc). The following appropriate attire is required: sun protection (hat, sunscreen, neck cooler), closed toe shoes, long sleeves and long pants, and a water bottle.
